Cognex PSI
With more than 3 million Cognex vision systems in use worldwide, Cognex is one of the leading companies in industrial machine vision. Cognex vision systems are accepted and used in almost every industry.
Budasensor Ltd. has been a PSI (Partner System Integrator) partner of Cognex since 2011. Thanks to the PSI status, our company works closely with Cognex in designing and building vision systems and supplying the hardware for the systems. Since the beginning of our partnership, our company has installed approximately 300 VisionPro-based PC vision systems (with a total of ~800 cameras) and approximately 500 In-Sight vision systems.
In most cases, the integration consists of a complete mapping of the vision system, specification of the vision system to be used, and then deployment and commissioning of the system. In almost all cases, the specification of the vision system and the proposal is preceded by a feasibility test or study, which is carried out in our vision lab or, if required, at the customer's site. For both Cognex and our company, it is important that our vision lab is equipped with the latest vision tools and that our experts have the necessary knowledge to test and integrate the tools.
